Showcase Building & Design was founded by the late Charles Leach, established by his son, Charles (Chris) Smith, and continues under the direction of Christopher Smith & Adam Gorman (grandchildren), combining 75 years of generational experience. As a design-build firm, we combine inspired design, exceptional craftsmanship, and a personalized building experience to guide clients from concept to completion.
