With more than 75 years of combined experience in construction, development, and design, Showcase Building & Design has been a trusted partner in delivering exceptional commercial projects throughout the Greater Cincinnati region. As a full-service design-build firm, we combine innovative design, expert craftsmanship, and a collaborative approach to guide every project from concept to completion.

Our portfolio spans a wide range of industries, including churches, residential subdivisions, daycare facilities, government buildings, grocery stores, multifamily renovations, and many other commercial developments that help shape the communities we serve. Our staff of licensed architects, interior designers, research analysts, estimators, bidding coordinators, construction managers and project superintendents all work together on a daily basis to develop the most cost-effective assemblies. These professionals work together as a project team from the beginning of a project to solve issues through creative design and practical experience. Christopher Smith

VICE PRESIDENT
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience across every area of the company, Christopher Smith brings a comprehensive understanding of the planning, design, and construction processes that drive successful commercial projects. Focused on the future of Showcase Building & Design, he is committed to advancing the company through innovative building practices, exceptional craftsmanship, and a client-focused approach. Adam Gorman

PROJECT OVERSEER
As Project Overseer, Adam Gorman serves as the bridge between vision and execution. Raised in the construction industry, he combines generations of building knowledge with a hands-on approach to project leadership. By maintaining close communication with clients, coordinating with skilled trade partners, and overseeing every stage of construction, Adam helps ensure each project reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and care that define the Showcase Experience™.
